Eventful Week

Came downstairs to Landon reading to brother. How cute is that?!



Had Kendyl over for a play date... she's Landon's first friend ever. They met at MOPS 2 years ago (actually, the moms became friends first and the kids quickly followed). Sad to say, her family moved to Texas last summer. Thankfully, they have family here and have come back a few times! I have to say, Steph and I had just as much fun spending time together as Landon & Kendyl.

I ended up taking Parker, myself and Landon to the doctor (all 3 different doctors). Parker and I have bronchitis. Landon was given an antibiotic for a sinus infection. GREAT! At least now we're on the road to recovery.

Landon's New Bike

As some of you know, Landon has been earning/collection money for his new bike. Well, he bought it today! He rides it so well! He will be quick to tell you about the "double brakes in the front, water bottle and pegs for doing tricks". Thank you so much to all of you who helped... you know who you are. House Hunting

So, our search for a new home has officially begun. We were in Valencia this past weekend, dropped the boys off at our friends The Hill's house and off we went. In 4 hours we looked at 13 homes. Whew! It was a bit discouraging until we added 2 at the last minute and they were by far our favorite. It's between a new-ish house that has a bit of work to do that is at our max price or a true fixer-upper that has a LOT of work to do that could be cheap (there's a reason why it's cheap). We do need to go up again in 2 weeks to make offers and check out a few more. Now we are just PRAYING that the perfect house for the perfect price comes up. We know God is able!
