Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone has a safe and healthy time with family and friends celebrating Christ's birth onto earth. We rejoice in the gift of Him and may we remember what His birth, death and resurrection mean to our daily life. Jesus is the Gift.

Running--- UGH!

Ok, so I committed to running a 5K in January with all my sisters. Sounds great, except I have realized I HATE running. I have a double jogger and take both of the kids... their snack baggies and sippy cups in hand (it takes us 30 minutes just to get ready to go running). Today, I only ran 1 mile and decided I was done. How am I ever going to do 3 miles?! I guess that's kinda of how life is... except we can't give up. Some days I am just done and want to throw in the towel. But, with God's strength and grace, we press on. Somehow God gets us through the days. We count our blessings and tomorrow will be a better day! So, tomorrow I will attempt to run again. Maybe I can do 1.5 miles. :)

We're Trying This

Ok, so our family is going to try this blogging thing. I am a little sketchy about being on the internet, but I have loved keeping up with my "old" friends and their growing families. So, I will occasionally post pictures and daily occurrences. Hope this all finds your families doing well... feel free to leave a comment or two!
